Access to The Heart Creator Program requires an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
Upon acceptance, you will receive further details regarding programme structure, investment and payment. Enrolment is only confirmed once payment has been received in full or a payment plan has been agreed.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We do not store your card details.
All prices are listed in the currency stated at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees or bank charges.
Community Membership: You may cancel your Skool Community membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.
The Heart Creator Program: Due to the personalised nature of 1:1 coaching, all payments for The Heart Creator Program are non-refundable once the programme has commenced. If you have concerns prior to starting, please contact us before making payment.
Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital products and free resources, no refunds are offered once access has been granted.
If you believe there has been an error with your payment or you have a genuine exceptional circumstance, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

All content on ollyhenson.com and within our programmes — including text, audio, video, PDFs, graphics and course materials — is the intellectual property of Olly Henson Coaching and is protected by copyright law.

We treat all information shared within coaching sessions and programme interactions with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share your personal details or the content of your coaching sessions with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
We ask that you extend the same courtesy to fellow community members — please do not share other members' stories or personal information outside of the community.
By opting in to receive a free resource or submitting an application, you consent to receiving email communications from Olly Henson Coaching. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We use Go High Level (GHL) to manage our email communications.
Our community membership is hosted on Skool. By joining the community, you also agree to Skool's own terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platforms or their terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olly Henson Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, services or content. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
